Wenwugang Technology, was established in 1989. It has 3 main divisions operating out of one manufacturing complex: One is the PE isolation film and EVA low melt batch inclusion bags intended for the manufacture of rubber tyres. Another one is a variety of flexible packaging bags & films. The last one is technical films.Wenwugang is committed to providing high-quality products and services to a wide range of companies. Among them, technical films and flexible packaging bags are highly popular with many multinationals and major brands operating in various industries.
Wenwugang serves various industries, It contributes significantly to solving the adhesion between prefabricated rubber sheets. The PE isolation film developed by us for radial tyre has been designated as one of the new products of national priority, and the low melt EVA bag developed by us is the winner of the National Bronze Award for Invention. Wenwugang has already established itself as the largest manufacturer of PE isolation films and low melt EVA bags in China.

WWG-1027 series products are produced by imported integrated molding equipment with special reinforced wire. These films are mainly used in the steel cord calendering process, lining and wrapping process of "full steel cord tire" and "half steel cord tire" production, which is invited to replace the traditional PP mesh fabric. This film has excellent bending and flexural resistance, longitudinal and transverse tensile strength with no shrinkage, no deformation. The film is easy to removed from fabricated rubber sheet. When reusing, it can be stretched flat with no folding.

WWG-1021 series products are manufactured by special formula and unique technology. They are usually used as the isolation film in the production process of all-steel and semi-steel radial tires. With excellent folding resistance and anti-viscosity, it can be removed easily. Films can be stretched flat with no pleats when reusing. Features: - Eexcellent softness, tensile resistance, good fit with prefabricated rubber sheet, easy to peel, so that the rubber is not easy to deformation - Excellent folding resistance, film is not easy to deform and easy to repair, so it can be used repeatedly; - Smooth surface with good cleanness and simple maintenance procedures, reduce labor costs and improve production efficiency; - Reduce waste and operation time and economize storage; - Adopt new materials, 100% green and recyclable.
