Wenwugang Technology, established in 1989, has now developed three major product lines. One is the PE isolation film and EVA low melt batch inclusion bags intended for the manufacture of rubber tyres. Another one is a variety of flexible packaging bags & films. The last one is technical films.
Wenwugang serves various industries, of which radial tyre manufacturing is most reflective of its technical capabilities. It contributes significantly to solving the adhesion between prefabricated rubber sheets. The PE isolation film developed by us for radial tyre has been designated as one of the new products of national priority, and the low melt EVA bag developed by us is the winner of the National Bronze Award for Invention. Wenwugang has already established itself as the largest manufacturer of PE isolation films and low melt EVA bags in China.
Currently, Wenwugang has a production base that covers 27000 square meters, employing over 10 R & D technicians. In addition to being certified by ISO 9001 quality management system in 2002, we have also been granted over 20 patents.
The products offered by Wenwugang are not only popular in domestic market but also exported to more than 60 different countries and regions across the globe, such as USA, Canada, Russia, Brazil, Turkey, Korea, Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, India, etc. Wenwugang has maintained a long-term close partnership with various prominent tyre manufacturers such as Michelin, Pirelli, Continental AG and so on.

Rely on large production scale，Wenwugang can roundly reduce costs, improve production efficiency, operating efficiency, core competitiveness and sustainable development ability. In recent years, Wenwugang has increased R & D investment in intelligent production, gradually realized the intelligent upgrading and transformation of production equipment, continuously optimized products, i mproved the te chnical content and added value of products, further reduced the manufacturing cost of enterprises, and improved the competitiveness of enterprise products in the international market.
It is equipped with a manufacturing area of 27,000m², include one pilot production line, one set of lab test equipment, one full-automatic multilayer valve bagmaking line, eight 3-layer extrusion lines, two 2-layer extrusion lines, six single layer lines, one casting line and RGFH, printing units, slitting units, bagmaking units,etc. Varities of equipments make it possible to achieve technical innovations from resesrch and development, pilot plant test and scale production.
