PE Isolation Film is especially developed for the rubber and tire industry, especially used during the rubber curing process for tires, retreads, rubber sheeting, rubber patches, and tire linings.
This film is used as a liner to the calendared rubber to help improve the mechanical properties of the rubber, retains freshness, stickiness, and cleanliness of the rubber compound.
Our isolation film is manufactured from 100% virgin low density polyethylene, and manufactured in co-extrusion technology that retains the embossing pattern even when subjected to high temperature and stretch.
This special film is cast on the embossed roll and cooled, result in varieties of embossed patterns such as diamond and triangle, which helps in the easy removal of air between the film and the rubber.
